NEW: Quick Change Jaw Chucks

Adapted for short series mass production the BISON Power Chuck with Quick Change Jaw System 2405-250 SWS was designed for turning and grinding operations. A quick change jaw system allows to reduce machine changeover time to a few seconds! The jaws are capable of both internal and external clamping of the workpiece, although there is also a possibility of making the top jaws adapted to different clamping diameters. Moreover, a special insert allows to convert a through-hole chuck into a non through-hole.

The chuck size of 250 mm and its weight of 34 kg (without top jaws) has the technical specifications as indicated below:
